TV channels in Italy

What follows is a list of tv channels frequencies in Italy, valid in fall 2021.
All tv broadcasts are digital, using the European standard DVB-T/MPEG2 (for SD channels) and DVB-T/MPEG4 (for HD channels). The transition from analog to digital television started in October 2008 and was completed in July 2012.
Channels 61-69 (790 - 862 MHz) were used by tv stations until circa 2013, then this frequency range was assigned to 4G portable phones.
In 2021 began the switch to the DVB-T2 standard, along with the transition of the 700 MHz band from tv to 5G portable phones.
As of fall 2021 many channels, except the more viewed, are migrating to DVB-T/MPEG4 (even the SD channels), before switching at last to DVB-T2/H265 HEVC.
This new transition should finish in mid 2022, but has been delayed to, perhaps, Autumn 2024.
